Meet Jessica Nichols

Jessica Nichols is a Chicago native who has lived, worked, and played throughout various Chicago neighborhoods, including Gold Coast, Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Roscoe Village, Irving Park, and Bucktown. Jessica raised her 3 children in Roscoe Village and was an active member of the neighborhood for 24 wonderful years. Recently she moved to the Old Irving neighborhood. Jessica has first-hand knowledge of the stresses of selling and buying in today’s market.
