Jason brings a deep finance background and more than 25 years of real estate experience to his clients. Since stepping onto the Board of Trade in 1998, he has kept a constant eye on the housing market and began acquiring properties during his first year in the financial sector. As his passion for real estate grew, he realized it was the field where he wanted to focus all of his energy.

Drawing on his trading and analytics experience, Jason approaches every purchase and sale with an investor’s discipline. He combines data-driven market analysis, neighborhood trend evaluation, and detailed pricing models to help clients understand both current fair market value and long-term potential. From comparative market studies to absorption rates and risk assessment, he uses quantitative tools to guide decisions while never losing sight of each client’s personal goals.

Jason prides himself on understanding clients from heart to mind—recognizing both the emotional connection to a home and the importance of rigorous financial analysis. He understands that, for most people, a home is not only where they live but also their largest single investment.
